Cam’s bread is a one person sourdough micro bakery based in the Granite belt region run by me, Cam. I bake from the Essen kitchen around my work hours as a chef.
I serve my sourdough loaves, baked goods and filter coffee by Assembly at the Granite Belt Farmers market every Saturday from 7am until sold out.
My loaves and baked goods are naturally fermented sourdough made from sustainable heritage flour from Wholegrain Milling in NSW. It is important to me that the other ingredients are sourced organic, sustainable and local where they can be.
